 Responsibilities:


- **Team Leadership:** 

Manage and mentor a team

 of 3-4 sales engineers, 

guiding them through the entire 

sales cycle from prospecting 

to closing deals.

- **Sales Strategy:** 

Develop and implement

 sales strategies that align with 

our company’s goals

 and market dynamics.

- **Client Relationship Management:** Build 

and maintain

 strong relationships with

 key clients, including 

electrical consultants

, MEP & EPC contractors, 

and builders, to understand 

and meet their project 

requirements.

- **Market Analysis:** 

Stay informed about market trends 

and competitor activities to adapt 

strategies and maintain a

 competitive edge.

- **Performance Management:** 

Monitor team performance, 

set sales targets, and ensure these 

targets are met or exceeded.

- **Financial Oversight:** Oversee 

the financial aspects of sales,

 including pricing negotiations 

and payment collections.


 Qualifications:


- **Education:** B.Tech or B.E. in

Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- **Experience:** At least 7 years of sales

 experience, 

with a minimum of 3 years

 in a managerial

 role within 

the electrical products or 

solutions industry.

- **Skills:** Excellent leadership, 

communication, and

 interpersonal skills; 

strong analytical and negotiation skills; 

proficiency in managing multiple

 tasks simultaneously.
